Do business in Haiti.
From anywhere in the world.

You're outside Haiti, but your opportunity isn't. Whether you're diaspora building something back home or an investor entering the market — we handle the legal, administrative, and compliance side so you never set foot in a government office. One team, one point of contact, everything taken care of.

Who This Is For

Built for two kinds of people

If you're outside Haiti and want to invest, incorporate, or operate here — you're in the right place.

Haitian Diaspora

Foreign Investors & NGOs

Entering the Haitian market? Manufacturing, agribusiness, import/export, or NGO operations — you need a local partner who understands the legal landscape and can get things done. That's us.

How It Works

Four steps, fully remote

Simple, transparent, and designed for someone who isn't in Haiti.

1

Consultation

We hop on a call — WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone. You tell us what you want to do. We map out requirements, timeline, and costs.

2

Prepare

We send a clear checklist. You email us your documents. We draft all registration paperwork — statutes, bylaws, POA.

3

Register

We file with every agency: Commerce, DGI, CNSS. You get status updates along the way. Typically 3–6 weeks.

4

Deliver

Digital copies sent immediately. Originals shipped via DHL. And we're still here for renewals, questions, whatever you need.

Why Work With Us

Real professionals, on your side

You're not outsourcing to a faceless agency. You get a licensed lawyer and a chartered accountant — plus a single point of contact who coordinates everything.

A Business Lawyer on the Team

Me Saül Belzor, active member of the Croix-des-Bouquets Bar Association, handles all legal filings, statutes, and compliance. Your incorporation is done right.

A Chartered Accountant

Pascal Tira, active member of the Haitian Order of Chartered Accountants, ensures your tax registration, fiscal representation, and annual compliance are handled properly.

One Point of Contact

You deal with Freedy. Freedy coordinates the lawyer, accountant, and government offices. No chasing multiple people — WhatsApp, email, or Zoom, whatever works for you.

Built for Remote

Digital documents, status updates, video walkthroughs of properties, scanned receipts. Plus, as a Zoho Authorized Partner, we set you up with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho One — oversee finances, track stock, and manage operations from your phone, wherever you are.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Do I need to come to Haiti?
No. The entire process is remote. You'll need a notarized passport copy and a signed power of attorney — both doable at any notary in your country. We deliver documents digitally, originals by DHL.
How long does registration take?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks from the moment we have all your documents. This covers NIF, business license, and CNSS registration. Complex structures or regulated industries may take longer — we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
What does it cost?
Every project is different. A simple SA registration isn't the same as a full package with IP protection, property due diligence, and payroll. During your consultation we'll map out your needs and provide an itemized, no-surprises quote.
How do I send documents?
Email for most documents. For originals that must reach us physically, DHL or FedEx works best — we'll tell you what can be digital and what needs to be physical.

Let's talk about what you're building.

A 20-minute call. WhatsApp, Zoom, or plain phone — whatever works for you. We'll map out the requirements and give you a clear path forward. No obligation.
